The Project.

The landmark project at 2652 Steve Irwin Way aims to become a premier destination for tourism, family recreation, adventure and x-sports on the Sunshine Coast. The Waterpark.

The Waterpark will be the third largest waterpark in Queensland. Packed full of some of the world’s most cutting-edge water slides and attractions. Catering for up to 1,100 visitors per hour on rides – the Waterpark will have the capacity for over 2,500 patrons at any one time.

The Surf Pool.

American Wave Machine’s patented surf pool and wave pool technology creates an infinite variety of waves that replicate point break, beach break, and reef break surf without long waits. The wave pool will be one of the first of its kind in Queensland offering patrons the ability to book in surfing sessions tailored to their ability.

The Resort.

The Family Resort offers a 4 Star integrated facility with more than 160 fully self-contained family friendly villas adjacent to the proposed Water Park.
